Agency & Institutional Partnership
SafeHome Registry is a free reference infrastructure — not a vendor, not a multi-contractor bidding platform. We work alongside the organizations already protecting Southern families.
Our Position
SafeHome Registry operates as an independent reference utility — structured to support the workflows of public agencies, care coordinators, and housing organizations without inserting a commercial middleman between families and the help they need.
We do not participate in multi-vendor bidding loops or open referral auctions. When a family uses our matching service, their request is routed directly to local specialists based on ZIP code and project type — not sold into a price competition. Core directory data remains free for agencies, caseworkers, and families navigating care transitions. We do not charge agencies or nonprofits to have their programs listed.
We are not attempting to replace what your organization does. We are attempting to ensure families can find you — and find qualified local contractors — faster than the current system allows.

Our Direct Matching Service
Beyond the public directory, SafeHome Registry operates a direct matching service for families who need a faster path to local specialists.
How the Matching Service Works
When a family or care coordinator submits a request through our matching form, they select their ZIP code and project type — grab bars, ramps, roll-in showers, stair lifts, or full accessibility remodels. That request is routed directly to aging-in-place specialists serving that specific area.
This is a direct routing service — not an open auction. Families are connected with relevant local contractors for direct communication. SafeHome Registry is not a party to any arrangement between a user and a contractor. Care coordinators and discharge planners may reference the matching form as an additional resource for families who need guided support beyond browsing the public directory.
Industry Sponsorship Opportunities
SafeHome Registry accepts fixed, vetted sponsorships from companies and organizations that provide direct utility to the aging-in-place sector.
